Why do tourists visit shacks? is it not also for its uniqueness in design and creativity? why is the Calangute Panchayat trying to standardize these shacks. As long as the shacks adhere to the given dimensions the rest should be for the hack owners to decide. Or is this another way to harass them and extract money.
