Everyone must play their part in keeping glass bottles off the beach or for that matter any sort of litter.
 
The shack owners definitely should as they are on the beach and it is in their interest also to keep their surrounding clean. Especially when they have bonfires etc on the beach
 
If everyone does their little bit our beaches will be much cleaner then they currently are

‘Taxigo City’ promoters claim huge support from Panjim

This was bound to happen.  The taxi unions have for long been objecting to viable app based solutions where they themselves would be owners of the app. They have rightly fought the coming in of Ola and Uber but have not come up with viable solutions for themselves.

Sand dunes are natural barriers and protectors of our coast from tsunamis, floods and rising sea levels.
 
This report form NCSCM is an indication of how little or no attention we have paid in preserving and maintaining our sand dunes, thus exposing our coasts to all sorts of natural calamities.

despite early licences weather gods delay shacks

The rains may have dampened the setting up of shacks. These are forces of nature that man cannot fight. Thankfully there was no delay this year around from the government
 
The shack owners should be thankful and not be complaining about manpower shortage etc.
