The shacks have really not learnt their lessons, many if not all have started rebuilding the and are even open for business and what have they done int he process, they have mined sand from the shore and filled it up in plastic bags and used these sand bags as barriers against the water around their shacks. This blatant and gross violation of the environment will come back to haunt us another day.
