Goa taxis to be on strike on January 19, government calls move illegal

Parrikar threatens the taxi drivers suspension of licenses if they go on strike. when there is a dispute that has not been satisfactorily resolved then the aggrieved party has the right to strike, this is a fundamental human right enshrined in the constitution. The right to strike is under the industrial act of 1947. Right to protest is a right under article 19 of the constitution. Parrikar is violating the constitution.
