With the government imposing so many conditions on how tourist taxi’s are run, this was bound to happen.

Is it not that in any business, that expansion is a sign of growth? Why does the transport department have such redundant rules only for taxi drivers? why should they own only one taxi and drive it themselves ? These obnoxious rules need to be looked at and modified .
