Such negligence from MPT and WISL should be severely punished , those responsible should be brought to books . Not only does this spell doom to the environment but the livelihoods of people . Marine and ecosystems will be destroyed.
If MPT had fears about MV QING , why have they not dealt with it till it reaches a point of breakup?
