Nilesh Cabral, are you reading this? Coco beach is screaming out loud as a classic example of unplanned tourism. Why cant tourism department put more stringent regulations to keep the beaches from illegal stalls. What about basic infrastructure of toilets, changing rooms and dustbins?

we hear reports such as these, are not the authorities aware of this? or are we waiting for all these once pristine beaches to exist no more and then cry for them?
