As far as the public was given to understand, Dristhi was roped in as a stop gap arrangement as the then beach cleaning job was found to be a scam.
The so called stop gap arrangement seems to have become a full time arrangement! why are the tenders for such an integral component of tourism being ignored? who is to gain from this is a question that needs to be answered
