Its easy to say that illegal constructions are cause of CRZ violations and that awareness is key not law. Then what about all the hotels what violate CRZ norms? are they not aware but yet violate? its human greed. Its about profits over people.
All beaches and tourist places should get their carrying capacities done and only that number of people should be allowed at that destination at a given time…..its like a parking lot… till there is a slot made free the next car cannot get in !
