Taxi owners spar in transport department

The taxi business is already overcrowded. The so-called association of rent-a-car is hardly credible. It is the rich and the middle class who buy cars and had it over these rent- a car groupings. They in turn undercut taxi business and eat into their livelihoods of the taxi owners. It is not about livelihoods at this stage. it is about greed of the middle and upper classes who own this illegal and untaxed money.
