Doesn’t Messias know that tourist have stopped coming to Goa not because of non availability of parking berths at the airport, its on account of Goa’s deteriorating infrastructure, unsafe destination, poor maintenance of beaches etc.
Messais needs to be crying hoarse for these demand first.
