So long as government refuses to have standardized procedures for licensing of shacks and other temporary structures in CRZ areas accompanied with transparent mode of operations from the departments, we will continue having illegal structures.

Not just action needs to be taken. Such people should be banned from applying for further beach cleaning contracts.
