Everyone must play their part in keeping glass bottles off the beach or for that matter any sort of litter.
The shack owners definitely should as they are on the beach and it is in their interest also to keep their surrounding clean. Especially when they have bonfires etc on the beach
If everyone does their little bit our beaches will be much cleaner then they currently are
