Is this really about restoration of the fort or is it about some private party wanting to take over the lease pf the fort in the name of restoration?

The damage that has been done has to be rectified and the culprit brought to books or is this going to be another case like the GTDC ignoring the notice for the GCZMA for the great escapade festival
