Cabral is yet again meddling in areas that he has no clue about. This time it is with the COP granting permission to boat operators to ferry tourists to islands off Baina coast.
Cabral should first visit these islands and see the environmental damage that exists on these islands due to the lack of proper garbage disposal .
Its not just about issuing permissions and allowing these operators to make a quick buck. what about their responsibility. Or very soon those islands will be garbage dumps
